How do I become a ROLLINGDOG Member?
▪ Joining ROLLINGDOG is easy. Sign up with your email through the Membership page. Once you've signed up, you'll have full access to our rewards.
Will my previous purchases, before becoming a member, count for points?
▪ Points will only begin accruing after you have created a rewards account. Previous purchases can't be transferred for points. You will earn points for every purchase made after the account is created.
How do I use my points to redeem rewards?
▪ You can use your points at checkout to deduct cash or redeem coupons of a new order.
How do I update my profile to redeem my birthday reward?
▪ To redeem your birthday reward, be sure to first update your profile with your birthday through sign up page! Then when your birthday comes around, you'll receive an email letting you know your birthday points have been added to your account.
