I used this in one of my rental properties. I am not really a contractor by trade. I am just trying to do what I can to save money. The sanding kit was quite good. It helps me save time as a busy DIY person because it has everything included. It wasn’t rocket science to figure out how to use it. I was able to sand quite well after applying some joint compound on the walls to cover up holes and ugly cracks. It didn’t break after using it a few times.

This is a good drywall sanding kit. Have been helping friends in Florida with replacing drywall after the hurricanes. The long pole and corner sanding tool have been very helpful.

Budget friendly drywall tools. For those of us that tackle our own projects and need tools without spending a fortune, this is a good kit to have. While these tools are not professional grade, they work very well for my needs in finishing my basement.
